Blakemore Walker is a professional practice of chartered surveyors based in northern Spain and operating across all the regions north of Madrid. The majority of our residential based work comprises advising purchasers of property here in Spain. We are able to assist in the initial purchase process including a property search, and can provide advice on local market conditions including the best areas to focus on, as well as help through the legal and tax issues connected with the purchase process.
As part of our professional services we are able to carry out surveys of property for valuation and, or structural purposes and these can be included as part of the "home buyer's pack".
Our basic conveyancing service provides legal advice on property and business purchases including all the necessary checks on ownership, licences, registration as well as the contract for sale.
We also offer a full architectural and construction service for owners of property including the obtaining of relevent planning and building permissions.
